ABOUT BRAINSNIPPET

On your first encounter with brainsnippet you’ll get in touch with me – Melina Plass. I’m a passionate human being and HR professional who enjoys interacting with people across the globe. Having lived in a couple of countries, I engage with different values, cultures and viewpoints enjoyably and easily.

My professional roots are in personal and organizational development, certified by a master’s degree in educational science. I have worked for nearly 20 years in different jobs along the HR lifecycle, including leading people.

Being a sincere, creative, structured and empathetic person, combined with a strategic focus, makes me your trustworthy business partner. My ability to look at the situation as a whole enables me to bring out the best in people and organizations.
